I was very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of the STB Remodeling crew. They replaced our gutters with Xtreme screens and downspouts and removed the old soffits, installing new soffits on both the front and back of our townhouse.

The crew was especially careful when working around our recently renovated Trex deck and aluminum railings, which we greatly appreciated. They paid attention to detail, worked efficiently, and left everything looking great.

Double thumbs up! I highly recommend STB Remodeling for their excellent work and care.

This is the second time I’ve used them. Excellent service. I wouldn’t hesitate to rec commend them

Had a really great experience with STB Remodeling. Our roof was pretty old with few shingles fallen off, so we decided it was time to take care of it, and they made the whole process super easy.

They showed up on time, kept us in the loop the whole way, and were easy to communicate with. Everything was handled with care and attention to detail, which we really appreciated.

End result turned out even better than we expected! Super happy with how everything came out. Definitely recommend them if you’re looking for solid, reliable work.

I am very impressed with the gutter installation done by STB Remodeling. It started with Eric Kim giving me an estimate a few months ago when i was not ready. With the recent snow storm, part of my gutter collapsed over my porch. Rather than repair, o decided it was time to replace my 25 year old gutters all over the house.

Most companies have too much overhead and cost too much. STB is very cost efficient. All installation was completed in a few hours on the same day.

I highly recommend STB Remodeling!

I also noted that the owner, Soon Hwang, did a on-site quality check and manages the crew with Eric efficiently.

I do look forward to engaging them for other home exterior projects.

Eric Kim and his team did an excellent job. They even completed some additional repairs beyond the gutter work, including caulking. Very professional and thorough service. After my conversation, they scheduled next day to do my service. I highly recommend STB for their excellent service.

Good

My gutters look awesome! I could not be happier with the quality, the price, and the ease of working with the STB remodeling group!

Mr. Lee and his team came out two days after I called and installed gutters at our home. Clean, fast, and courteous. I’ll use STB again!

He was fantastic.

Mr. Lee and his team were able to install new, wider gutters on our house in a single afternoon. They were friendly and efficient, and the cost was a fair price.
